Registration and accommodation

Registration
The registration fee includes: conference material , "welcome buffet" on the evening of June 16th, coffee breaks during the conference days (two per day), conference dinner (on June 18th).

Fees
- from May 1st, 2010 to May 31st, 2010: 140 €.

Registation closes on May 31st, 2010

Accomodation
During the registration procedure, it is possible to reserve a room in the “Centro Residenziale Universitario di Bertinoro”, where the conference takes place. The rooms are located in two historical buildings: the Former Seminary and the Fortress. All the room are provided with telephone, bathroom, TV and computer connection.

Rates
In the Fortress:
- single room: 58 € (lodging, breakfast and lunch) per person, per day;
- double room: 48 € (lodging, breakfast and lunch) per person, per day.
In the Former Seminary:
- single room: 53 € (lodging, breakfast and lunch) per person, per day;
- double room: 43 € (lodging, breakfast and lunch) per person, per day.

Rooms in the Castle/Seminary will be assigned if available. Otherwise, Participants will be accommodate in nearby hotels.

N.B.:
- Accomodation fee will be paid on-site.
- if you choose a double room, please specify in the field note your roomate.
